Georgia State Minimum Standard Codes

The City of Hinesville enforces the Georgia State Minimum Standard codes. These codes are used to review and inspect all construction in the City. Each of these separate codes typically consists of a base code (e.g., the Georgia State Minimum Standard Code as published by the International Code Council (ICC)) with Georgia amendments.
