To initiate a new water service, please fill out information on new account card.
Email the completed form along with:
- Copy of lease or purchase agreement
- Copy of your drivers license
A $100 deposit will need to be paid prior to starting water service. The deposit can be paid in person, put in drop box or mailed to:
