On January 12th, the City of Hinesville will be offering free mulch to residents. With the recent grinding and screening of material at J V Road, the Public Works Department has a large amount of mulch and is offering loads of it to residents once they sign a release form. Deliveries are available from 7am - 3pm while supplies last at the Public Works Department located at 613 E.G. Miles Pkwy. For delivery options and more information please call: 912-876-8216
